Metabolomic analysis of secondary > metabolites from Caribbean crab gills using GC×GC-TOFMS

Description: This dataset contains the raw data files and aligned peak tables from the crab gill samples analyzed for the manuscript https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jcoa.2022.100069. The data were collected on a LECO Pegasus 4D system (LECO Instruments, St. Joseph, MI, USA), with an Agilent Technologies 7890 gas chromatograph (Palo Alto, CA, USA). Raw sample files are provided in the original .peg file format as well as a more accessible .mat format. The .CSV file contains the aligned peak table obtained using the Statistical Compare function on ChromaTOF® (v.4.72; LECO Instruments, St. Joseph, MI, USA).
Notes: The raw peg files were converted to MATLAB® accessible format using the LoadPEG program. LoadPEG.m was created by Dr. Robin Abel and Dr. James Harynuk and used here under license from the University of Alberta; based on the original work available from https://github.com/abelrobin/LoadPEG.
