These data contains the loss of value-added (VA) to the Canadian economy in million CAD
due to the implementation of Total Phosphorus reduction policies, targeting different
lake sub-basins on the Great Lakes and different polluting sectors.
The loss in VA is aggregated and presented by region where this occur:
-DIR_COST_GLB -> VA loss on the industries directly targeted within the Great Lakes Basin (GLB).
-IND_COST_GLB -> VA loss caused indirectly on the remaining industries within the GLB.
-IND_COST_ROP -> VA loss caused indirectly on the industries located on the rest of the province of Ontario.
-IND_COST_ROC -> VA loss caused indirectly on the industries located on the rest of Canada.
-TOTAL_COST -> Total VA loss caused by the target reduction.
