Live-cell imaging candidate genetic screen for cell signaling pathways that impact mitosis in C. elegans germline stem and progenitor cells

Description: These data were collected as part of a candidate genetic screen, using C. elegans germline stem cells, to uncover cell signalling pathways that impact the duration of mitosis. It contains live-cell imaging recordings of mitotic germline stem cells, in multiple genetic backgrounds, imaged in situ (i.e. in living intact animals). The data include the original TIFF files (5D hyperstacks), after XY registration to correct for animal movement, the centrosome tracking files (XML; TrackMate) and compiled data for each genetic strain (Matlab MAT files). These data are associated with the article, " Non-autonomous insulin signaling delays mitotic progression in C. elegans germline stem and progenitor cells " by Cheng, Lu and Gerhold (2024).
