Receiver phase alignment using fitted SVD derived sensitivities from routine prescans
| Description: | Data files for: "Receiver phase alignment using fitted SVD derived sensitivities from routine prescans" This data is composed of three datasets of MR images provided prior to coil combination. This was acquired to investigate the Fitted SVD Method of coil combination which uses an SVD of a prescan to estimate coil sensitivities and fit them to a physically plausible basis. This allows for coil combination to be applied quickly throughout an imaging session and is targeted at combining the phase of large functional timeseries. These datasets allow for comparison of this method to existing methods, examine the method in an asymmetrical head coil, and examine how the proposed method responds to motion. All imaging parameters and the repository of code to run this method are provided in the README.txt. |
