Data and scripts for "Restratification in late winter lakes induced by cabbeling"
|Description:||The data located in this repository pertains to the work of Grace et. al. (2023); "Restratification in late winter lakes induced by cabbeling". All data for the five cases discussed in the paper is contained in several .mat files (one for each case) and plotting scripts for that data is saved as .m files. Plotting scripts are commented. All data and scripts included are needed to reproduce figures 2 and 3 for this publication. Data was generated numerically using SPINS, which can be cloned from https://git.uwaterloo.ca/SPINS/SPINS_main.|
