This dataset contains trial data for standard fish embryo toxicity (FET) tests of the fungal biocontrol Trichoderma atroviride strain CC222, undertaken at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) from 2021-2023, using modified methods prescribed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development FET test# 236. The CC222 strain was developed by the KPU Institute for Sustainable Horticulture (ISH). Data includes FET trials (% mortality) for Trichoderma growth conditions by concentration of potato dextrose; fungal growth vs time assessments by optical density; FET trials (% mortality) using co-cultured fungal conidia by spore/ul concentration; FET trials (% mortality) using extracted fungal metabolites from solid cultures by %v/v concentration; and gliotoxin measurements in extracted metabolites. Data are presented in tabbed excel tables as used to generate graphs for figures of the associated publication.
