SigTFB Data: Cell Type Specific DNA Signatures of Transcription Factor Binding

Description: This is accompanying data for the paper "SigTFB: Cell Type Specific DNA Signatures of Transcription Factor Binding". ChIP-seq data is available for each transcription factor (TF) and antibody (AB) combination in hdf5 file format. Pre-trained stage 1 and stage 2 models are also available for each TF-AB dataset.
