Thermal response of the Tangled Nature Model + Temperature

Description: We modified the Tangled Nature Model (Christensen et al, 2002) such that mutation and death rates increase exponentially with temperature (according to the Arrhenius equation) and reproduction rate is scaled by a left-skew, unimodal Thermal Performance Curve depending on temperature. The modifications to the Tangled Nature Model are called the Tangled Nature + Temperature (TaNa+T) model. The TaNa+T Is written in Python, and the results of model runs are presented here as .npy files.
