Description: This MS Access database contains details on various Acts and Regulations for several jurisdictions in North America that pertain to wastewater produced during hydraulic fracturing and shale gas production. The database was produced as part of Chapter 3 in Goss et al. (2015) Unconventional Wastewater Management: A Comparative Review and Analysis of Hydraulic Fracturing Wastewater Management Practices Across Four North American Basins.
